The Engineering Challenge: HTML Email

Unlike modern web browsers that support CSS Grid, Flexbox, and CSS variables, legacy desktop email clients (specifically Microsoft Outlook 2016–2021) utilize the Microsoft Word rendering engine to parse HTML. Modern web layouts collapse into unformatted chaos when pasted into these environments.

CraftMySig solves this by generating pure, strict nested HTML tables with inline styles, explicit pixel constraints, and inline LTR directional flags. Every template is tested against:
